Due to the liquor license for
Chalet Hills Golf Club being in limbo, we have moved
the Saturday Main Event to D'Andrea Banquets on Rt.
14 in Crystal Lake (the old Hob Nob).

Time really does fly! It’s been three decades since
we graduated from Cary-Grove High School. In honor
of this milestone, the class of 1981 is hosting its
30-year reunion this fall. Please mark your
calendar and plan to join your fellow Trojans. The
evite has been sent. If you have not received an

The Main Event:
When: Saturday, September 17, 2011
Time: 7:00 – 12:00 PM
Where: D'Andrea Banquets located at
4419 Northwest Highway, Crystal Lake, IL
What: Appetizers, open bar for a limited
period of time beginning at 7:00 PM,
dessert, coffee, Alumni t-shirt (for graduates
only), music and friends!
Group photo taken at 8:00 PM and for just $15, take
it home with you that evening.
(Fee payable to photographer that evening.)

Golf at Cary Country Club
Reserve your t-time with payment of $50. Such a
deal! Includes golf, cart, box lunch, beverage.
There are 32 spots available. Tee times are
between 11:00 AM – 12:00 Noon. Checks will be held

Catch the Trojan spirit by participating in the 2011
Cary-Grove Homecoming Parade through Fox River Grove
and Cary. We’ll have a truck and wagon with CG
Class of 1981 banners. There are three other CG
reunions that day and some other classes will be
participating in the parade as well.

Hotel Accommodations:
Holiday Inn located at 800 S. Rt. 31, Crystal Lake,
is offering a small discount for a limited number of
rooms. Guests can make reservations by calling the
hotel directly at 815-477-7000 and request a room
under your group block name or online by using the
online booking link below BEFORE 8/16/11.
Room rate is $112 plus 11% tax. Any rooms booked
outside of the block will be at $129 plus tax.
Country Inn & Suites located at 600 Tracy Trail,
Crystal Lake. Limited pre-pay rooms are available
for $89 (must be booked at least 21 days in
advance). Or the regular room rate is $119 per
